Shipping policy

Design Session products ship within two weeks of file sign-off at conclusion of four week session unless otherwise stated. 

For custom products and product production, shipping estimates are provided at time of file confirmation and sign-off. General turnaround time is two weeks unless otherwise stated. 

All products are shipped UPS Ground (1-5 business days). After product ships, tracking information is sent to the email address provided. No returns accepted.  

No product production or shipping on U.S. holidays.

If product arrives damaged please document (photograph) and report to us at support@thinkmakestudio.com. We will work with you to provide a replacement.
